Stonemasons
Following a burial, it is our practice to mark the grave with a temporary cross and to provide a loan vase for flowers; however, most families will ultimately require a permanent memorial. We work closely with a long established local stonemason who offers the same level of service as ourselves and headstones of every variety can be provided, working from designs we have, or incorporating your own ideas. Please ask us for a fully illustrated brochure.
Following a cremation, many options for memorialisation are available. If the ashes are laid to rest in a churchyard or cemetery, it may be appropriate to have a traditional stone memorial. However for many families, the ashes may have been laid to rest elsewhere, in which case you may wish for a memorial that can be placed at home or some other location. Again, many options are available including birdbaths, benches and memorial plaques. Do not hesitate to ask for advice.
Please note that we are available to offer memorials to all families, even if we did not carry out the funeral service.
